Our Swiss Water decaf is decaffeinated using only water, with no chemical solvents. The green beans are soaked in Green Coffee Extract: water that already carries all the natural compounds of green coffee except caffeine. Because of that, only the caffeine moves out of the beans, and their flavour stays where it belongs, in the coffee.

The result is a smooth, rich cup, perfect black or with milk.
