Description
The Steam Single is the most accessible Slayer: one group with the Steam LP's record-and-playback profiling in a smaller footprint. A 2.5 litre internal reservoir means it can run without plumbing, with a plumbing kit available, and a dedicated pre-infusion circuit wets the coffee gently before each shot.
The PID brew tank (0.8 litres) is separate from the 2.4 litre steam tank, the steam wand valves are electronic, and a shot mirror and light let you watch every extraction. Two recipes can be saved.
