Description
The Steam EP is Slayer's volumetric machine: push-button shots from four settings per group, with a programmable pre-wet before each one. A PID-controlled brew tank sits apart from the steam tank so each holds its own temperature, and the electronic steam valves need no rebuilds.
A heads-up dashboard shows shot times and settings at the bar, and quick and full cleaning cycles are built in. Matte black or anodised aluminium side panels.
Made by Slayer in Seattle. We supply, install and service it as Slayer's partner in Scotland, and train your team on it.
