Description
The E80W GbS is Mahlkönig's grind-by-weight espresso grinder for busy bars. Its 80mm steel burrs grind at about 6 to 7 g a second and it weighs every dose as it grinds, so shots stay consistent through the rush.
The burr gap is set by motor and read back by Disc Distance Detection, so a setting can be saved and returned to exactly. Sync connects it to compatible espresso machines and to Mahlkönig's app for settings and updates. It replaces the E80S GbW.
