Description
The E65W GbS is Mahlkönig's grind-by-weight espresso grinder for cafés that want every dose on target. It weighs as it grinds, so a double is the same weight first thing and at closing, and its 65mm special steel burrs grind at about 4 to 5 g a second.
The burr gap is set by motor and read back by Disc Distance Detection, so a setting can be saved and returned to exactly. Sync connects it to compatible espresso machines and to Mahlkönig's app for settings and updates. It replaces the E65S GbW.
