Located in the Santa Ana region of El Salvador, Finca Los Nogales is owned by the Salavarria family and home to a variety of experimental lots. The farm spans 28 hectares and its beautiful steep sloping vistas are very well looked after.

When the cherries here reach a deep purple colour, they are harvested and transported to the centralised processing mill, Beneficio Los Cruces, for processing. Cherries are sun-dried on tiled patios at 1200 m.a.s.l for 20 - 25 days.

JASAL is a network of estates owned by the Salaverria family, with farms spanning across the Ahuachapán, Santa Ana, and Sonsonate regions. Los Nogales was the first farm that the Salaverria family purchased, and our key importing partner, DR Wakefield has had exclusivity with this farm since 2017, benefiting from complete tracability and the opportunity to explore new processing methods together.

Order Dispatch

Orders placed before 8am on working days are typically dispatched the same day. Please note that we do not process orders over the weekend.

Complimentary UK Delivery for Orders Above £25

We currently only deliver within the UK and do not ship to Ireland or internationally. Orders under £25 incur a standard UK delivery fee of £3.50.

We ship orders using either Royal Mail 24 or DPD. Both services aim to deliver the next working day where possible, but please be aware that this is an aim and not a guarantee.
