Description
The MC Ultima is Conti's multi-boiler machine for high-volume bars, built for 2 kg or more of coffee a group a day. Each group has its own 0.9 litre coffee boiler under PID control beside the main steam boiler, so every group holds its own temperature.
A colour touchscreen stores recipes, soft pre-infusion is built in, and the steam lever gives fine control. It replaces the Monte Carlo in a body Conti says is nearly 30% smaller.
