Prefer a darker roast? Roasting dark coffee has been part of Thomson's for generations. Our traditional flame roaster brings out rich, chocolatey depth while keeping each coffee's own character to the fore.

Each month we send a dark roast chosen by our roastery team, from new and exclusive releases to Thomson's classics.

What you'll get

A new coffee every month, in a 250g or 1kg bag, ground or wholebean, with a card telling you all about it.

Roast level and brewing

Expect medium-dark to dark roasts, up to the roast level of our classic St. Vincent Roast. For extra dark coffees like Full French and Colombian Dark, you can subscribe to them on their own.

These coffees suit espresso, Moka and Cafetiere best, and they make a rich filter too. For lighter, fruitier coffees, try our Core / LAB subscription. You can switch between them any time.

Grinding

For the freshest cup, grind at home just before brewing. If you'd like us to grind for you, choose your brew method when you subscribe.

Delivery

Your first coffee is sent when you subscribe, then every month from that date. You can change your delivery date in your account.
