Burnfield Bakery began as a collaboration between Thomson's and our long-standing friends and customers at Short Long Black. Today it bakes right here in our roastery on Burnfield Avenue.
Pastry is their speciality, made with the same care we give every roast. We look after the coffee, they look after the pastries, and the two meet on the counter.
