Release 004 is our first ever co-fermented coffee, and it is full to the brim with flavour – scoring at 88.25, we are excited to have such a high quality and unique coffee in our LAB line-up.
Sweet Nectar has been grown by Luz Helena Salazar at one of her farms, Maracay, in the Quindio region of Colombia. This lot was exposed to a dry anaerobic fermentation of 30 hours. During this fermentation period, peaches were added to the anaerobic environment. The coffee was then gently washed and placed on raised beds below 35ºC until ideal moisture content was achieved.
Orders placed before 8am on working days are typically dispatched the same day. Please note that we do not process orders over the weekend.
We currently only deliver within the UK and do not ship to Ireland or internationally. Orders under £25 incur a standard UK delivery fee of £3.50.
We ship orders using either Royal Mail 24 or DPD. Both services aim to deliver the next working day where possible, but please be aware that this is an aim and not a guarantee.
