The units of measurement used in the chart are the AGTRON GOURMET SCALE and have been taken from ground samples, the value "zero" corelates to pure carbon while values over 100  would have an intense acidity therefore considered for us as underdeveloped.

Description

Taste without compromise. At Thomson’s we have a long tradition of importing the finest quality ingredients from around the world and our hot chocolate is no exception. Our own recipe with 40% full fat cocoa this decadent, velvety hot chocolate is worlds apart from regular drinking chocolate.

Our 2KG resealable tub comes complete with serving scoop.

Please note this is not an instant chocolate powder and is to be made with milk

Directions

For a 12oz hot chocolate drink add one scoop of chocolate powder (approx 25g) per cup -add a splash of hot water - stir to make a paste and add steamed milk.

Ingredients

Sugar, Cocoa Powder (40%), Salt.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place and use within two weeks of opening. See base for best before date.
