On Saturdays, you can indulge in doughnuts from Doh, and on weekends, we also feature sourdough from Freedom Bakery.

Burnfield Bakery is a collaboration between Thomson’s Coffee and Short Long Black.

Driven by a shared commitment to crafting exceptional baked goods to complement our coffees, we established Burnfield Bakery’s production within our roastery space, followed shortly by the opening of our shop in Strathbungo.

Thomson's Roastery
Situated in the Burnfield Avenue Industrial Estate, our Southside roastery has been our coffee-making hub since 1960. As of 2020, it's a production-only facility with all our retail operations based at our shops.
