Description

Finca Siquem has produced coffee since 1921. The farm is located in Palencia and employs hundreds of people during the harvest season. The workers, some of them have worked for three generations on the farm, have an outstanding experience in picking up coffee as its best.

 The farm holds its own Wet and Dry mill, which assures the best quality at the moment of export. There are two main programs designed to improve the lives of the workers on the farm. The first one involves granting a specific portion of land to grow crops such as corn and beans for the workers to get for free. The second program consists in providing medical health treatment for specific major health issues to employees in need.
