Description

At Thomson’s we love naturals and this one was a surprise on the cupping table it has the clarity and tea-like taste of a washed accompanied by the wilderness of a natural.

Made up from small scale crops from the gardens of local producers, the coffee is brought to the local washing station to dry from 15 days before being taken to the mill for selection.
