Roasted dark this is a strong cup of coffee with moderate body and gentle acidity, punctuated with notes of dark chocolate and stone fruits. A classic dark roast it works well through milk.

Description

For the Dark Roast we select one of the coffees from our New Standard - LAB range and develop the roast close or to second crack to bring out gentle smoky and dark chocolate notes. This profile has been designed to keep the character of the coffee while achieving a clean cup.
