A clean, strong and rounded pour over that also works perfectly with home espresso machines due to the medium roast and low acidic profile.
Farm owner Rogerio worked as a dentist until his retirement, when he decided that he would change his life because he wanted to have more time to be with his family and to be in touch with nature, leaving behind a life of great rush in one of the main cities of Brazil: São Paulo. With the company of his wife, Norimar Sampaio, he bought his niece's farm in 1999 and named it as Nossa Senhora do Carmo, in honour of his mother and mother-in-law who were devotees of this saint. Its first harvest was in 2000, where it had a great harvest and of good quality. Since then, he has been investing in more coffee plants and rubber trees. On his farm, there are forest reserves and fruit trees. He expanded and equipped the farmhouse so that his daughters, sons-in-law and grandchildren could be with him during holidays and weekends. Rogerio fell in love with the cultivation of coffee and today, he dedicates himself completely to seeking the excellence of his coffees.
